幕后制作

　　为了构思和酝酿本片剧本,编剧迈克尔·弗罗斯特·贝克纳耗费了整整5年时间,影片故事以1975年到1991年的CIA为背景,当时面对世界格局的风起云涌,CIA也处在变革之中,此前,贝克纳曾多年研究CIA,并编写过关于CIA的电视剧本.他希望通过剧本探究冷战特殊时期的爱国主义,因为当年的CIA与现在大相径庭,而影片故事不同于以往,对人物命运给予了莫大的关注.

　　影片追溯了一些CIA的历史,其中包括在越南、柏林和贝鲁特的行动,如同片名"Spy Game",在间谍游戏中,是对生和死的考验,而人物之间所表现出的友情、伤痛和醒悟更让影片具有一种辛酸的深刻.

　　<间谍游戏>最大的看点当然是在布拉德·彼特和罗伯特·雷德福两个新老帅哥的身上,两人的长相本来也有几分相似,都是那种略微带些野性不羁的气质.1992年,正是雷德福指导的影片<大河恋>成就了当时还青涩纯纯的彼特,剧中那个外表洒脱不羁、内心充满矛盾与挣扎的弟弟保罗让名不见经传的彼特一举成名.时隔9年,虽然彼特已经是好莱坞如日中天的巨星,想来他也不会忘记雷德福当年的知遇之恩,而雷德福这几年逐渐把精力转入幕后工作,不知道是不是期待着和有他年轻时翻版之称的布拉德·彼特对撞出火花呢?
